PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Seth Kimmerling, President of ALO Property Management, offers a broad base of real estate accounting and professional property management.

While attending Franklin College, Seth became interested in real estate through his internship as a financial analyst with Melvin Simon & Associates.  After graduation, he began working for Gauthier & Kimmerling, LLC, an Indianapolis based public accounting firm. His primary focus was compiling financial statements and assisting in preparation of real estate partnership audits.

In February of 2010, he left public accounting to join an Indianapolis based management company, Barrett & Stokely.  While at B&S, he provided all accounting and management support for his portfolio of 1,697 units that consistently operated above 90% occupancy.  His relationship with CPA’s, lenders, and consultants has continuously benefited his portfolio of properties. He’s built strong vendor partnerships, developed and reviewed budgets with regional managers, and analyzed financial statements to ensure properties maximized net income.

His extensive background in real estate accounting and property management makes him an instrumental part of the ALO Property Management team.
